Outfit of the Day (Night in this case...)

Hey PLTs! So last night, my hubby and I went out to Strip in Atlantic Station. Although it was raining, we were somewhat bored and decided to get out of the house. We tried a new kind of sushi (which I should've taken pics of) and had drinks. It was fun and we got a chance to talk a little. I love when we do that! Anyway, here is what I wore. I hope you like it!

Ok, this is my total look. I think I am obsessed with maxi skirts now even though I SWORE I was too short to wear then and actually look good in them! A YouTube-er by the name of Shirley Eniang made and adorable pleated chiffon one that I think I'm going to make this summer. Maybe you'll get to see it soon! :)

Just a snapshot of me wearing a basic cream tank top that I got from a really cheap store in Greenbrair Mall. Also , this is the all-natural me...before I put on my makeup.

A vintage necklace that I just absolutely LOVE! It makes me think of curtain tie-backs.

Here, I've added my favorite leather belt that I got from Morocco. I love it! It seems to go with everything!

HeHe! I thought this pic was cute so I added it here anyway. :)

Skirt: Marshall's

I'm FINALLY uploading...something!

Hi, PLTs! This post was kind of done on a whim. I was just sitting home thinking. "What could a girl do with her outfit if she's in a hurry to get from one place to another, but the events are totally different?!" Solution! Read on! I hope you like it! Oh yeah, forgive my runny eyeliner in these pics...it's my "all-day" makeup. :(

I just started with this really cute and silky printed tank top that I've had for a couple of months now...

Excuse my funny face, but here's how I would wear this cute little vintage bag I got from my mommy...
Add flats and if the jeans are too long, CUFF 'EM! It actually makes the look more casual...
Then add a grey knit bodycon skirt that you don't have to iron...
Slip into some cutie pie booties and add a long necklace of choice (I like this black one!)...
Put everything that is essential into your little black bag, flip your hair a bit to give it a little volume, step out! Voila!

top: TJ Maxx
skirt: Forever 21
bag: Mommy's closet (it's older than my sister and I LOVE it!)
shoes: a boutique in New Orleans (can't remember the name...sorry)
bracelets: H&M (and a hair tie)
necklace: Claire's
